Service department has not lived up to my expectations. I have to call several times and leave many many messages before getting to speak to anyone with my car issues.. I’ve been with Dana for over seven y I have to call several times and leave many many messages before getting to speak to anyone with my car issues.. Worst dealership in the country have yet to get my deposit back after they sold the car that I personally ordered and had to wait for 6 months to come in. As soon as the car came in they sold it to so deposit back after they sold the car that I personally ordered and had to wait for 6 months to come in. As soon as the car came in they sold it to some one when it wasn’t theirs to sell. When I spoke to this guy he stated well someone already put a deposit on this car as I replied yes correct that someone was me and if you accepted a deposit from someone else you need to tell them that this car isn’t their and you will have to find them another vehicle as I put a deposit down 6 months ago and special ordered the car. To which his response was the car is sold I can sell you another one but it’s going to be more expensive. Complete waste of time dealing with these people most dishonest people I have ever met. If you want to go to a reliable place go to Stevens 112 Ford they do not give you the run around and are straight up with you on everything!!! More
