Jonathan was amazing. I went online to get more information about Kia's financing. No kidding 1 minute after clicking send, Jonathan called to help me. He never made me feel pressured to talk or bu information about Kia's financing. No kidding 1 minute after clicking send, Jonathan called to help me. He never made me feel pressured to talk or buy. I felt like he really just was wanting to help me. I had been dealing with a lot of dealerships in the past couple of weeks. This attitude allowed me to feel free to talk and look knowing he wouldn't bother me or push when I wasn't ready. My credit was not the greatest and Jonathan wanted to try and get me a better deal than others and help me boost my score. Once I decided to come and see him he sat down first and asked me what I wanted. He really listened! My biggest goal was least expensive realiable car. I drive 80 miles a day and needed room to put miles on. Johnathan started by looking at used but the warranty ( or lack of) and miles on a vehicle was not worth the money saved. He found honestly the perfect car. Within an hour I was driving off in a new Kia Rio! I was driving my truck 3,000 miles a month. I am now doubling my fuel economy and saving 70 gallons a month. The 250 savings in gas a month almost pays for the car. Not only that but I got 100,000 mile warranty and they cover rips, tears and stains to the appalstery and door dings. Johathan is so friendly and helpful it feels like your working wia family friend!! More

After test driving an Optima for two weeks prior to my purchase, I knew that is the car that I wanted. My wife contacted Jonathon through the internet and then talked to him on the phone. after I spoke wi purchase, I knew that is the car that I wanted. My wife contacted Jonathon through the internet and then talked to him on the phone. after I spoke with him on the phone I thought this is the guy I wanted to buy my car from. when we arrived the next day, Jonathon was very helpful and patient with us. I dread buying a new car about as much as I dread going to the Doctor. Jonathon did not make us feel this way at all. He thoroughly went over all the details of the purchase. My credit score is by far the best and I was assured that Jonathon would do whatever it took to make sure we were leaving in a new Optima. The best thing about the whole deal is that my credit will get back on track thanks to Jonathon and his credit rebuilding. When I am ready to buy a new ride it will be another Kia and my guy will HAVE to be Jonathon. If you are reading this in his little polka dotted notebook like I read all his others, give this guy a real shot at putting you in a Kia. He will not steer( no pun intended) you wrong and you will have a good experience. More

After qualifying, financially, online to purchase a new car, I received a phone call from Jonathan to schedule an appointment. I was not able to keep the first appointment but he was not overbearing about car, I received a phone call from Jonathan to schedule an appointment. Actually, I stopped in without an appoint and he quickly found my paperwork and started helping me find "my right car." Because Jonathan listened to what I wanted in a car and the amount I wanted to spend, the second car I test drove is now sitting in my driveway. From the time I walked in until the driving off the parking lot, Jonathan never pressured me to spend more or want more options resulting in an more expensive car. Quick simply, he listened and cared about what I wanted. Carnival and Jonathan made the process of buying a new car an easy and exciting process. In less than 2 hours, I walked in, test drove 2 cars, signed the paperwork while the service department insisted on washing and checking the vehicle and drove away in a new Kia. Did I mention that I walked in to look at cars only one hour before Kia was scheduled to close on Christmas Eve? My point, Jonathan never mentioned they were closing early. He only focused on making me feel comfortable with the buy process. Thanks, Jonathan. More

Jonathan worked really hard to get me in a car that was within my budget and although we couldn't quite make my goal I still wound up getting the car anyway. My experience was great and here are some reasons why. I found a vehicle that I love, or I should say that J Underwood found it for me. It feels great to do somehting on my own and I appreciate the help from the folks at Universal Kia. I didn't feel pressured and in fact was given several payment and structure options to help me make my choice. I also got more than I expected for my trade in...I was sorry to see her go but my new truck has been awesome and I'm still learning new things about it everyday...like the 6 CD Changer I didnt know I had...lol. Buy from here friends...they good folks. More

I had the best experience here I have ever had at any other car dealership. I never thought I would have the chance to purchase a brand new car but Jonathan made that happen for me!
