Born and raised in Tampa, FL. I started at the dealership in January of 2002 and was a fan of Honda before joining the team. Left the business for awhile and started back at Kuhn in June of 2017.

We met with Johnathan several times over a couple week period, as we continued to narrow the field of cars we were interested in. He had a very low pressure approach, but was extremely informative about the CR-V. Just the right sales technique. Kuhn has an excellent sales person in their employ. Thank you Jonathan; we are very happy with our decision of the CR-V. More

Confusing, incomplete and blind sided With great regards I put a lot of trust in the dealership from a reference. The process has been extremely confusing. My deal amounts and loan were in With great regards I put a lot of trust in the dealership from a reference. The process has been extremely confusing. My deal amounts and loan were incomplete and changed without my knowledge. I was not contacted in regards to issues. I felt lured in to discuss problems instead of being told directly what was happening with my car buying process and the immediate attention needed. I believed I was leasing a car as of the 16th of March. I occupied the vehicle and left on my way. I was then told by my sales rep that I needed to come in to sign some paper work in the event my payment “improved”. To my knowledge and improvement is a better outcome. However my payment actually increased as well as my type of commitment changed from lease to finance right in front of my eyes. I was not giving the proper option as to how I wanted to proceed in the car buying process after my lease was denied. This approximately 2 weeks after I left the dealership. Now the offer was resubmitted and my credit was proceed (again without my consent to move in this direction) and presented to me. I felt trapped with not many options given my car buying process was to rid a current vehicle that needed major repair. I finally agreed to just accept the situation as I had no other plan. I was promised a free tint for the inconvenience and left the dealership. Another week passes and I show up for my “tint per the mishap” and no one including my sales rep knew why I was even there. I was asked to sit and wait for about 30 mins after telling them my reason for the visit. When my sales rep returned he brought me news regarding my loan again stating more documentation was needed. Of course I’m now super concerned at what’s really happening. My trust is totally gone at this point. My car was taken ack about an hr after my arrival and I was given a loaner vehicle. I return for pickup and there are large bubbles in a few areas of tint throughout the car. I immediately call my sales rep and he referred me to my warranty information and to give it a few days. Here I am a week later after the tint. Lots of bubbles in more than 3 windows, no status on my loan, my previous car in which they took for my trade is now showing delinquent due to this dealership not completing the loan. So as of today I’m unsure if I have a new car or if I have a one working older car, BUT I’m still driving a new Accord with horrible tint and I guess all I can say is this experience has sucked. Don’t waste your time you’ll end up screwed in the end. More
