This was a steep hill to climb but after some good times and laughs along the way we left with 2 new CRV's and great deals thanks to the team lead by Jamir Fox at the Westshore Honda dealership.I know it wasn't all Jamir but the team was great. Been going to Brandon Honda for a few years since they are close by. However, I needed their help yesterday since they had lost my locking lug key when they last serviced the car in July. They essentiall are close by. However, I needed their help yesterday since they had lost my locking lug key when they last serviced the car in July. They essentially blew me off. So I went to Westshore Honda and they literally had me fixed up in less than 5 minutes! I realized I had just returned home! I have been dealing with key personnel at this dealership since 1997. Some of these folks go all the way back to Lindell days and they are still serving the Honda community after all these years. Convenience does not Trump massive experience and great customer service I am now back "home". Thanks John! Thanks Tony! More

Dejeane was who we went to see but she was with a customer so she got Johnathan Powers to help us and he was Great! We went In to see used CRV’s but there were not many so we looked at and bought a 2018 CRV. The whole deal making I am not a fan of. I don’t like the back and forth playing games with what the cost will be. Then you get the price and now you go to finance and you’re told you can go through different lenders for the best rate only to find out we can’t. Finally get to a rate we can work with and now it’s all the extras for coverage options. . Finally we have made the deal papers all signed and the dealer is closing. Yes it took all day. More
