They took 2 hours for a service that always took 50 mins in others service providers. Obviously, it took two hours as the service guys stopped like 3 times to smoke during those 2 hours. I want to like it. No appointments for oil change. I called and confirmed not busy. Still took close to 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and wash. Had to go back to service advisor then again waited in line for cashier who had trouble again with my paperwork. Still waiting to see if chip in paint is covered under the $1000 plan that was mandatory to buy with the purchase of the car More
