They took 2 hours for a service that always took 50 mins in others service providers. Obviously, it took two hours as the service guys stopped like 3 times to smoke during those 2 hours. I could see that wi in others service providers. Obviously, it took two hours as the service guys stopped like 3 times to smoke during those 2 hours. I could see that with my own eyes. Of course, they charged according to those labor hand hours, therefore brutally expensive. Never coming back. More

Customer service/mechanics is very bad. Everyone is on their cell phone and a lack of communication. To get an appointment is months out then when you get one they lie about the service. I want to like it. No appointments for oil change. I called and confirmed not busy. Still took close to 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and wash. Check out was lo No appointments for oil change. I called and confirmed not busy. Still took close to 2 hours for oil change, tire rotation and wash. Check out was long. Several had problems taking a lot of time. Charged me over $100 for an included service. Had to go back to service advisor then again waited in line for cashier who had trouble again with my paperwork. Still waiting to see if chip in paint is covered under the $1000 plan that was mandatory to buy with the purchase of the car More

Jamey, Mary, and all the people in the service area were great! He managed to fit me in quickly after my battery died over a holiday weekend. They were able to do my scheduled maintenance and got everything great! He managed to fit me in quickly after my battery died over a holiday weekend. They were able to do my scheduled maintenance and got everything done early, perfectly succinct with when I got off work. They are always kind and look out for me and my car's best interest. I love these guys! More
