I went to a different dealership that morning where the sales mgrs laughed when they heard what vehicle I was interested in buying and tried to get me to settle for something I didn’t want. When I went to CDJR of Leesburg I knew what I wanted so I told John that I’m not there to waste his time and didn’t want him to waste mine. He said ok what do you want and they had what I wanted so we worked a deal. Now I have a great truck and will recommend CDJR of Leesburg to anyone who is interested in a vehicle. More

Worst experience ever! Still having serious problems with my vehicle’s tag due to rushed careless mistakes 1. Sales person entered birthday incorrectly and caused an init Still having serious problems with my vehicle’s tag due to rushed careless mistakes 1. Sales person entered birthday incorrectly and caused an initial delay in being able to authenticate my account with the lender. 2. Tag and registration do not match! I was recently informed of this by law enforcement. I also do Uber full time right now. This has caused serious issues as my tag must MATCH what is on the registration. It does not, it is off by one letter and one number. I have been stopped by law-enforcement twice now. And I was told this will continue to happen until this is corrected. 3. Upon learning of this, I immediately contacted the dealership, I was told that I would be overnighted a tag and registration, which was actually going to take 4 days. I was told my tag would arrive by last Wednesday. It is now the following Monday, it NEVER arrived! 3. This mistake will be very costly for me! My account with Uber will need to be paused so that a LEGAL tag (AND MATCHING REGISTRATION) can be submitted and verified. This can take up to a week and likely will cost me 1k in lost revenue! I make sure to inform every passenger, that compliments me on my vehicle, of how absolutely awful and problematic my experience with this dealership has been. Thus far that’s about 50 people a day, I hope the double that Number by the end of the month! This issue needs to be dealt with immediately! Actually, at this point, it just needs to be dealt with because immediately has passed! These issues could have been prevented by someone just doing acceptable work and paying attention! More
