I really think she should be the example of how best to sell a product.She kept me abreast of what was happening to the new vehicle and what was being done to it regarding detailing and vehicle prep. I think Leesburg struck gold hiring her and I will definitely consider Leesburg Dodge for all my automotive needs. Also Vinny in finance was great and straight forward. He made the financing easy and sold me an excellent gap protection along with an extended warranty. Great Job Guys More

I did not work with Patricia. But our sales guy was great. The vehicle was 12,500. Ended up being 21,000. Total rip off in my opinion. I am not happy. The only reason I agreed is because I had to either choose a warranty worth thousands of dollars or pay crazy high interest fees..I will never buy from them again. With that being said, our sales agent was very great and knowledgeable. We really liked him. Lastly, we were there for 7 hours, which is totally unacceptable. I will walk out before I ever do that again. More

We put a down payment and said we would pick up the SUB in a week. A hitch was to be installed, when we went to pick it up, no hitch.the general manager told us there was no inconvenience to us. Luis helped us. We are still waiting for someone from the dealership to get back to us with the door code for our Ford Explorer. We feel as though they got our money and they are done and no need to help us. More

This dealership was by far the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had.
