Johnny has been servicing my vehicles for a very long time, always looks after our needs and guides us as if it were his own vehicle. I will never go to any other dealership for service. I tried that onc time, always looks after our needs and guides us as if it were his own vehicle. I will never go to any other dealership for service. Lied to me about having “bumper to bumper lifetime warranty” when I bought my car. Interestingly when I brought the car in for service, I was told my warranty expires at 75000 miles and that is the on warranty” when I bought my car. Interestingly when I brought the car in for service, I was told my warranty expires at 75000 miles and that is the only warranty I have. That warranty also conveniently does not cover the issues I’m currently having even though I know the cause of the issue is not what sutherlin claims. Engine runs poorly at 60k miles and they claim I wasn’t having oil changed regularly. When i offered to provide records that it was in fact serviced regularly by professional places closer to my home, the service manager told me it does not matter and my issue would not be covered warranty. Sutherlin is claiming my issue comes from a dirty engine system…but I know for a fact that the system is dirty for some reason outside of not having the oil changed; it is changed every 5000 miles like clockwork. They’re lazy and don’t want to investigate the root cause of the issue. Scam artists trying to upsell me into a new car, I’m sure. I'm very close to selling my car to another dealer just so I never have to deal with sutherlin again for the rest of my life. Horrible, awful, slimy place. shop elsewhere if you can because they’re the worst. Didn’t even fix my issue and wasted my time. More
