We had just come back from Toyota of Raleigh and we were extremely underwhelmed with the person we worked with. Johnnie was knowledgeable, professional, funny, and made us feel at ease. I worked in sales (AT&T) for years and always admire a salesman that knows his craft. We also worked with Alex the finance manager who was very professional and polite. The whole experience at Audi Cary was an unexpectedly pleasant one as neither my wife or I were looking forward to a day of haggling at multiple dealers. Because of the great service we received we aborted plans to "shop" the other 3 places we planned to visit. While closing the deal on my new car, he introduced me to others in the maintenance and service departments and talked me through the related services the dealership provides Audi owners. Everyone I interacted with while at the dealership were friendly and professional.
