I bought my first from them in 2008 and the service was superb so I went back when I needed another vehicle and they did not disappoint!!! This was a pleasant experience. John was very kind and communicative. The support was excellent in the transition between vehicles. I don't think I've ever had as great an experience in leasing a vehicle than I had recently at Freeman Toyota. There were complications and difficulties, which they simplified for me, providing all I ne leasing a vehicle than I had recently at Freeman Toyota. There were complications and difficulties, which they simplified for me, providing all I needed to make the transaction a pleasant event. I was changing insurance companies but had hail damage that needed repair; it took some time to work it all out, but John and B.J. were there for me every step of the way. John is a polite, positive, and thoughtful sales person, and as a senior, I appreciate it. I am truly thankful and pleased as punch with my 2024 Corolla. I have no complaints, only gratitude. More
