Wonderful experience starting with my initial inquiry all the way through delivery. Andy responded within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry and then Juan took over once I had my allocation lined up and he di the way through delivery. Andy responded within 30 minutes of my initial inquiry and then Juan took over once I had my allocation lined up and he did a great job of guiding me through the ordering process. On delivery day Juan had everything lined up and John get me though the paperwork quickly. All in all I could not be happier and look forward to the next time! More

Horrendous experience and constant run around for a simple warranty cancellation. I requested a cancellation of an extended warranty and followed all instructions provided. So far 3 weeks after the d simple warranty cancellation. I requested a cancellation of an extended warranty and followed all instructions provided. So far 3 weeks after the dealership got paid from the warranty company, they still have not refunded me, rather just responding with false promises ("we will expedite", "We will promptly process",) only to find out I have to wait another month to 6 weeks (9 weeks they expect me to wait after they got paid.) This is a terrible greedy dealership employed with trained blatant liars. More
