Awful service. GM clearly does not care as he has totally incompetent folks working in customer facing service positions. I have never had a problem with any dealership service of any of my Japanese cars. I had to upgrade to a Porsche to get a horrible experience. Literally do not do what they say, have never hit a service time. Have tried multiple reps and even the Service Manager who is just a giant waste of time. Relying on technology to contact your customers when you dont even pay attention to what the texts say, is a bad way to do business! More

Horrendous experience and constant run around for a simple warranty cancellation. I requested a cancellation of an extended warranty and followed all instructions provided. So far 3 weeks after the d simple warranty cancellation. I requested a cancellation of an extended warranty and followed all instructions provided. So far 3 weeks after the dealership got paid from the warranty company, they still have not refunded me, rather just responding with false promises ("we will expedite", "We will promptly process",) only to find out I have to wait another month to 6 weeks (9 weeks they expect me to wait after they got paid.) This is a terrible greedy dealership employed with trained blatant liars. More

Worst car buying experience ever in over 50 plus years of purchasing vehicles. I have left 3 messages on Mark Venti's the General Managers voice mail and he has yet to return any of my phone calls since I to purchasing vehicles. I have left 3 messages on Mark Venti's the General Managers voice mail and he has yet to return any of my phone calls since I took delivery of a 2023 Macan. The vehicle was delivered 3 weeks ago and I have not heard from anyone from the dealership! Prior to delivery I was told by finance manager Chris Velez they could not deliver vehicle they needed a wet signature on premise, I told him rhat I was going to hold off on the purchase and the next day I received a call from another finance person, Emerson who said they could deliver the vehicle. More

On the service side Joel Hughes has always been available to answer my questions, and responds right away when timing or availability in service comes up. The consistency of being able to deal with the same people over the past 8 years has been unreal. I would recommend anyone who wants a great experience to come to this dealership and work with Abraham. More
