Superb Deal on a Great Car - Thank You All at CAIN BMW! I had been looking for a 2019 BMW 430i when I came across the one I bought from John Romell. Since I was buying out of state, it took a lot longer to complete the paperwork as well get the sales contract and financial documents completed. John was extremely patient with me as well as following through on everything that needed to be done to complete the sale. The deal I received on my car was fantastic! Since I could not see the car prior to buying it as I live in Michigan, I had to go by faith that the condition stated was accurate. The car actually came in better condition that what was stated! My car arrived to my house without a single scratch!!! THANK YOU so much! The car too was detailed very nicely. I am thrilled with my car and with truly am thankful for the attention and courtesy given to me by John and the dealership. Also, there a glitch in the final paperwork but the sale department staff that the corrected very quickly and thoroughly. I actually overpaid by accident when sending the check - but within around 10 days I had a check in my mailbox refunding me the over-payment. Since I lived out of state, they too handled paying the taxes directly to the State of Michigan and that saved me a ton of paperwork at my local DMV. Wow, I'm telling you that made my DMV visit go without a glitch! Also, the dealership processing fees are very reasonable and the contract was straightforward making a good process even better. Each morning when I see my car in the garage, I am reminded that I found the BEST BMW dealership in the MidWest as well as salesman. Thanks to you both! Cain BMW is a great dealership and do their business in an honest and truly professional manner. They truly do their business in a way that every dealership should model after. I would give you 10 stars if I could. :-) I too love my 2019 430i. The look is fantastic, the fuel economy is excellent and the ride is near-perfect. The interior is very modern, clean and high-quality. Best car I've bought ever. Thanks again. More

We were met in the lot by a newer salesperson who welcomed us to look around and to ask any questions that might come up. We eventually test drove 3 used vehicles. Each test drive included a review of features and again there was no pressure applied regarding the test drives. Working with our salesman, John Romell, he let us know about a new trade-in that he thought we would be interested in. John coordinated a test drive and handled the negotiations. This was all a pleasant experience. The used car had a couple of cosmetic issues that John was able to take care of for us and we have been thrilled with the car. Comparing our deal online we were confident that Cain BMW treated us very well. More

Superb out-of-state buying experience During an internet search, found a used Honda minivan at Cain BMW -- it was exactly the trim, year, and colors we were looking for (hard to find). Negotiated an out-the-door price quickly and easily with Internet Sales Manager John Romell, who was extremely thorough and helpful in explaining how Cain BMW handled out-of-state sales. My wife and I drove from northern Virginia to North Canton, OH, to pick up the van -- we found it absolutely spotless and perfectly detailed, and exactly as described by the online ad and Mr. Romell. John was off the day we arrived for the van but came in to meet us and ensure the vehicle was fully prepped for pickup. Further, the Business Manager, Eric Meyer, was a true pleasure to work with -- efficient, responsive, professional, and with "no pressure" to buy add-ons. We can't say enough good things about Eric and the sales/paperwork process. Even with a test drive and thorough inspection of the van, we were out the door in less than 90 minutes. Overall, it was a great buying experience, far above the norm and perhaps the easiest one my wife and I have ever had. Everyone at Cain BMW was polite, professional, and clearly devoted to top quality and impeccable customer service. Five stars all around! More
