John Perrin is singlehandedly carrying Toyota of Corwin on his back. He is quite literally the best and most transparent car salesman, I have ever met. John was extremely helpful and genuinely cares. When I first walked up to the reception desk an older sales lady was bad mouthing a salesman to the receptionist. That put a bad taste in my mouth . As a repeat customer I was informed I would be up charged $3K-$5K over MSRP on a new vehicle because they are a live market pricing dealership, I.e., they take advantage of the customer just because he/she w $3K-$5K over MSRP on a new vehicle because they are a live market pricing dealership, I.e., they take advantage of the customer just because he/she wants a popular vehicle. I was further informed that the amount over MSRP was contingent on if I lived in ND, if I will be trading in my vehicle and must finance through their dealership. My husband and I verified with 2 other Toyota dealerships and the dealer complaint department at Toyota America - this is a violation of their franchise. Additionally, when they do service work on your vehicle they offer you a free oil change if you give them 5 stars on the survey sent by Toyota. So very little faith can be put into their 5 star rating by customers when they’re buying survey results. We will be going to Grand Forks or Fergus Falls before ever setting foot in a Corwin dealership. More
