Excellent Service I was contacted right away and I went to see the car. John was super nice and took the time to show me how to use all the main features the car had, I was contacted right away and I went to see the car. John was super nice and took the time to show me how to use all the main features the car had, helped me setup my subscription to OnStar, setup my Bluetooth connection with my phone, and sat with me patiently as I made the decision to purchase the car. I am not sure who worked on the financing, but he or she worked with me to get a payment I could afford and I truly appreciate that. Ray Quesada went over the paperwork with me and made sure my car had floor mats :). He was quick with the paperwork. I didn't have to wait hours for everything to be done. He was very thorough with explaining everything and was super nice too. I feel really bad because I can't remember the name of the guy who helped me with the warranty, but he was great at explaining everything about the warranty and was really sweet. Overall, I had an awesome experience with this dealership and would definitely recommend them. More

My husband and I was here last week to find a new an If your looking for a great vehicle at a reasonable price, then you have come to the right place. My husband and I was here last week to find a new and/or used car or truck and we were able to find it within less than 30 minutes of being there. I was able to find a vehicle within my price range and budget. The salesman by the name of John was very welcoming and helpful. The employees there was not pushy or was not pressuring you to buy a vehicle unlike other dealerships I experienced. John was very patient and understanding as we were deciding to purchase a vehicle. We ended up buying the vehicle and since then has been very happy with our decision. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Thanks John :) More

I worked with Jon Lee over the course of a few months, and was able to purchase a 2017 Malibu for a great price. I had previously went to a few different Chevy dealerships looking for a Malibu, and found no one else being able to get me the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable with. I even went to Zeilger in Schaumburg because they had a cheaper one online only to find out that that was not really the price of the car and they couldn't sell it to me for that price. Instead, they quoted me almost $3,000 more. I went back to Castle, and Jon and Joe were able to honor the online price and gave me all the incentives available. I highly recommend giving Jon a call if you're looking for a new Chevy. More
