In November 2009 I purchased a Q5 3.2 Premium Plus from Janet Chan. The vehicle was great and the people in the service department were phenomenal to deal with. If you had a problem, they’d always ma Janet Chan. The vehicle was great and the people in the service department were phenomenal to deal with. If you had a problem, they’d always make it right. David Guertin does a great job as service advisor and the people doing the work in the garage are all professionals. For ten years they kept my car running like a beast. I decided to lease a 2019 Q5 2.0T this time, and while the car is completely different than the last, I’m still receiving the same great service and luxuries that come with leasing/owning an Audi. I fill it with less gas and keep it in Sport/Dynamic mode, and it’s a lot more fun to drive. The people who work at this dealership are just as first-class as the vehicles that they sell and service. Looking forward to leasing something with more power next time! Keep up the good work! More

Service that goes the extra mile I have been servicing my Audis (2005 A6,2015 Q5) since 2006. My experience with their service and John Hansen is another reason why I bought a 2018 Q5 I have been servicing my Audis (2005 A6,2015 Q5) since 2006. My experience with their service and John Hansen is another reason why I bought a 2018 Q5 this past month. Over the years he has gained my trust because he is truthful, ethical and goes the extra mile to make sure you get the treatment you expect when buying a fine automobile. I have never had to make a return trip for any service. It has always been done the right way the first time in. Knowing we were leaving for a long trip and my concern over a cooling system/ turbo recall, he went out of his way when he saw me in the dealership to come over and reassure me that it was safe to make the trip. That reassurance meant a lot! More

Tom Weeks was knowledgeable and thorough. Although I had decided on a model, he provided additional information to confirm my decision. Tom lives in Ridgefield, CT, across the street from good friend, which gave us an additional bond. I took a week to make a final decision, and Tom was always helpful and patient. He demonstrated the car to me, my daughter, and a good friend on separate occasions. The car has comprehensive instrumentation (to say the least). Tom took time to sit in the car with me and explain all the buttons. No doubt I will have additional questions, and he will be there to help. He called me a couple of days after the delivery to confirm his interest in my experience. This is my second new car purchase from Danbury Audi, and although Tom was the sales contact, my very positive experience with John Hanson over seven years with the first car (Audi TT) certainly was a factor in my decision to purchase a second car from Danbury Audi.
