Oil change and pesky low tire light I needed a routine oil change but have been getting a low tire pressure warning light on despite acceptable pressures. So it turns out to be coming fr I needed a routine oil change but have been getting a low tire pressure warning light on despite acceptable pressures. So it turns out to be coming from the spare. Since it is a recurring issue they checked the spare and found a slow leak. Glad to resolve it! I always feel welcome and comfortable at Evans. My questions are always answered. It’s a great team! More

Top-Notch Prius + Customer Care John and the service team at Evans Toyota took care of my Prius and fixed an issue created by another Toyota dealership's lackluster service departmen John and the service team at Evans Toyota took care of my Prius and fixed an issue created by another Toyota dealership's lackluster service department -- all with more respect and genuine hospitality than I've ever experienced in any car buying or car servicing process. Kudos to Evans; you've earned my loyalty! Safety concern addressed, oil change and regular maintenance, plus 100k fluid changes and an emergent o-ring / gasket issue. All of this taken care of quickly and correctly, with a level of communication I've rarely benefitted from at any dealership. More

15000 miles service the service was faster than I was told. my only issue was the service area was a little cold. VERY DISAPPOINTED I arranged to have a cat back system installed on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma which was advertised to give my truck an aggressive sound which is exactly wha I arranged to have a cat back system installed on my 2018 Toyota Tacoma which was advertised to give my truck an aggressive sound which is exactly what I was looking for, a little background for you, I purchased this vehicle from Evans Toyota last year along with a 2018 Toyota Highlander for my wife, we spent close to $80k with Evans. I had the catback system installed within 2 hours which was good, but when the service manager and I went out to inspect the truck, I started the truck up, and it did not sound any different than what it did before the new exhaust. The service manage inspected the truck and spoke to the service technicians and I quickly found out, the exhaust did not do what it was advertised to do. I had the new cat back exhaust pulled off and had the old exhaust put back on. This gave me another 2 hour wait which in total was 4 hours waiting in the dealership. Evans ended up charging me $140 for a system that did not do as advertised and wasted 4 hours of my wifes and my vacation day, and a waste of $140 as what did I have to show for it ? More
