Other dealers have given us the run around if they knew we weren't going to buy that day and John has never done this. His customer service is awesome and we will never go anywhere else including service/maintenance. He gives you as much time and attention as you need and doesn't rush you along the process. The rest of the staff we have dealt with there as well like the financing department has been just as professional as well. More

Wonderful Experience I looked at a lot of different types of cars for a year before I decided on a Kia Optima. Even though Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington was not as close I looked at a lot of different types of cars for a year before I decided on a Kia Optima. Even though Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington was not as close to my house as other Kia dealerships, I decided to go to them because of their great reputation. I purchased a 2013 Optima in Sept 2013, working with John Francis, who is a stellar and knowledgable salesman, and I would highly recommend to anyone. He made the process enjoyable and easy. To make a long story short, when there was an issue with the vehicle, they ensured that it was resolved to my satisfaction and proved to me why the decision to buy at their dealership was the correct one. I would like to extend my thanks to Jerri Salois, Diego Barreto and John Francis for all your assistance! I would recommend any Herb Chambers Dealership for your next car purchase or service. More

This was by far the best buying experience I have had in all of the years of purchasing and leasing vehicles. I am now on my 2nd Herb Chambers Kia and love it! Salesman John Francis was great! The Kia sales person, John Frances, was very helpful to me in picking out my vehicle. When my choice was finally made, he spent a lot of time explaining and helping me set the many features of the car. N me in picking out my vehicle. I am providing this rating and writing this review for a number of reasons, the first being that I LOVE MY NEW CAR! I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento last week and thanks to the dealership and the salesperson (Jo number of reasons, the first being that I LOVE MY NEW CAR! I bought a 2013 Kia Sorento last week and thanks to the dealership and the salesperson (John Frances) my experience superseded all of my expectations. John knew the ins and outs of the vehicle and made the trade in process so simple and hassle free. He worked directly with the GM and the finance person so that there was never a moment I was unsure of what was going on and I was treated with the upmost respect by all. Thanks to his hard work I really got a great deal and left feeling thrilled - a week later I am still thrilled with my experience!! I recommend buying a car from this dealership, John Frances in particular - to anyone thinking of buying a new car. More

I highly recommend Herb Chambers Kia in Burlington. The receptionist, the salesman, the sales managers, the service manager, the finance representative and the gentleman who prepped my vehicle all share a receptionist, the salesman, the sales managers, the service manager, the finance representative and the gentleman who prepped my vehicle all share a passion for customer service. No pressure, honest negotiations. I would break bread with any of the personable staff. Though it was a busy evening with many customers, the atmosphere was pleasant with calm (but quick and efficient) staff and relaxed customers. It was more like going out to a pub than buying a car. I'm sure you have the same horror story of the latter like I do. You will be pleasantly surprised by the professionalism here. It is a competitive advantage that few dealerships have. More
