Best car buying experience in a very long time (2018 CLA250) I've bought my share of cars in my life, and the experience MB Bonita Springs is the way car shopping should be! I first went to AutoNation MB Coconu I've bought my share of cars in my life, and the experience MB Bonita Springs is the way car shopping should be! I first went to AutoNation MB Coconut Creek, wasted 6 hours and 2 visits, no sale! MB of West Palm Beach, another 6 hours of nothingness and frustration. I live in Boca and looked at MB Bonita Springs, just an hour and a half west on the 75. It was no hassle, no haggle, no fuss from jump street! I felt like I was buying my wife's CLA from a friend of the family. From the first call, I felt like everyone int he dealership was there to help me. By the time I signed all the paperwork (all electronic BTW), it was time to take my legit ride home. I promise I will drive the time for my service appointments too! Totally amazing experience! These people could not have been more accommodating if they tried! My salesman, Peter Michalak, did whatever he could to "make me happy". Those were These people could not have been more accommodating if they tried! My salesman, Peter Michalak, did whatever he could to "make me happy". Those were his words AND actions. Even 3 weeks after the sale was consummated, Peter and his manager put new front tires on my car because there was a bumping at 39 MPH. Peter followed up with phone calls and made sure I was trained on my new car. The dealership is friendly, and very professional. I cannot say I experienced one, single negative in contrast to my experience with MB of Sarasota which is now AutoNation. I live in Sarasota which would make life easier if they were any good. Since they aren't, the 1-1/2+ hour drive to Naples is still well worth the privilege of doing business with Peter and his boss John Bradley. I recommend this dealership so highly that it is worth any commute when purchasing a Mercedes. Oh I forgot to mention their pricing on the purchased vehicle was lower than my poor experience with MB of Sarasota. More

They thoroughly covered all aspects of the car, including individual car instructions, operation, warranties and financing. Prices were competitive and no high pressure was used. All team members were polite and efficient. On a family recommendation, we drove 120 miles to this dealership in Bonita Springs, and it was more than worth it. We plan to buy another similar vehicle next year, and we will gladly make the trip again. Thanks to John Bradley, Harry Sugarman, and David Mesa for making this a truly great buying experience. More
