I needed a multi point inspection and wa willing to pay for a real thorough one. Little did I know every thing is 16( an issue. An issue! Paid for the dash light 165 but the GPS has been black but occasionally comes on fine in high heat . Either gonna be a reboot or a fortune. A top drawer dealership would have addressed that if for nothing else safety reason. Never should have left car go like that. Not Madison’s fault. However if I were the tech and i know he knew it was out., a simple reboot to see if it might helped. Now I’m gonna get it repaired but had no idea you needed another $165 to check it out. Then the stuck windshield washer. Another $165? Just to check it out? I always used your dealership when my Santa Fe was new and I understand hourly rate but everything I wanted checked could have been done in an hour. My wife’s car. She wanted the GPS of all checked out .Not happy as that was gonna be the sign she would get a new one. Wanted that Palisade but too long for garage. More
