Our car was recently totaled by our insurance company so wanting to have to purchase another car was not a pleasant one. Joel showed us two cars and we just couldn't decide. He was very receptive to our needs and our need to take time to make a decison. He was not pushy at all. We purchased a Honda Element which has a sunroof without a screen. We are expecting our baby girl in October and expressed our concern of not having a screen causing the sun to shine on our baby. Unfortunately Honda had discontinued the shade and Joel was unable to find one. When I asked Joel to drop the price of the car since we'd now have to purchase an aftermarket screen he informed us he'd already dropped the price. He truely showed us his level of integrity. not a common trait you find in dealerships. Thanks Joel. More

My Honda Civic (also bought at brandfon)had been recently stolen, and the last thing I wanted was to buy another honda, but after being disappointed in my search for a used car, I stopped in. It was a bit out of my price range, but with his and Robert's help, we were able to get me a very good rate and I was able to afford the payments and purchase the car. When I went to purchase my car, Joel listened to my needs and sold me a Civic based on my prior ownership. He could have upsold, but I wouldn't have been as thrilled as I am with my car. Steve was great to deal with. I left with a car that looked like it just stepped out of the showroom. I love this dealership and will always go back to them. They never miss a beat. Went in for an oil change and they even changed my clock for me!! More

Joel was a great salesman, he knew Honda and the cars which we have found not all sales people really know the cars they are selling. He wasn't pushy - we came in to test drive first and we were pretty s which we have found not all sales people really know the cars they are selling. He brought it out for us to look at and told us the positives even though it was a lesser valued car. We went with the Civic, came in with a price we were offered by another dealership and Branfond matched it - we really wanted to give Joel and Brandfon our business. The entire process was painless and we now are enjoying our new Civic. My husband has been going to Brandfon to service his older Civic for years and never has had a complaint about the service. We would/will highly recommend Brandfon and Joel to anyone we know looking to buy a Honda. More

We came in looking to lease for the first time. We were interested in a CRV and Joel immediatly took care of us as soon as we came in. I Was origionally going to purchase through another Honda dealership ( whom i already spoke with) but joel worked with me and beat their price. I was very pleased with how he handled all my concerns ( being a first time leaser) i had many questions and concern. He made me feel very at ease with my decision to lease. I would recomend Honda and Joel to anyone interested in getting a new car. I also look forward to working with joel when my lease expires and getting into antoher honda. My wife and I are very happy with Joel DeMarco and Brandfon Honda. Joel sold us a 2009 Silver Honda Fit 18 months ago and a second vehicle last week, this time a 2010 Fit. Joel is very easy to work Brandfon Honda. Joel sold us a 2009 Silver Honda Fit 18 months ago and a second vehicle last week, this time a 2010 Fit. Joel is very easy to work with, and worked with us on getting a fair deal. Brandfon Honda didn't have a base white fit in stock like we wanted and Joel told us he would find one and he did within a few days. He and this dealership are professional, friendly, and accomodating. A few days after purchasing our newest car I received a call from the owner who wanted to make sure we were treated right and wanting to know if we were happy with our car. I was told that if I wasn't happy to call him personally. I have never had an owner call me from a dealership that we purchased a new car from in the past. Joel made our experience an enjoyable one. We purchased another Fit because we are very happy with the room in the cabin of this car and the great gas mileage. We have been averaging 34-37 mpg. in combination driving and on straight highway driving we have been getting approx. 41-43mpg. when utilizing the mileage slidebar that assists you in driving economically. We plan on purchasing cars from this dealership in the future and have let family and friends know that purchasing a new car can be a fun experience as we have discovered. We are anxiously awaiting the arrival of the Honda Fit hydrid which is rumored to come to the U.S. within a few years.-Warren Harris. More

Our visit to Brandfon Honda was a pleasure from the very beginning. When I stopped by on Friday Joel came out to greet me and he was very easy to talk with. We talked about what I was interested in and he showed me what was on the lot. We also discussed the low interest rate Honda was offering. Before I left, Joel said he would see if he could locate a White Manual Honda Fit Sport, which was what I wanted. On Saturday both my husband and I went to see Joel to talk more. When we got there and let him know that we were seriously thinking of buying he told us that he had the vehicle I was interested in, on the lot. He said he would find one and he did! When we sat down with Rob to talk business we were both very cautious. It had been 25 years since we last had a car payment and making a payment for 5 years made us both a little nervous. Rob put us both at ease. He encouraged us to get the GAP insurance outlining the importance of it, and we felt that the cost was more than worth it. Rob made the entire process easy and alleviated any anxieties we might have had. Both my husband and I have driven Honda vehicles for 20 years and we knew we were getting a very well made and reliable car. We have a 1992 Honda Accord Wagon with 205,000 miles and it runs beautifully. We are looking forward to many years with our new car. Joel and Rob were wonderful. They were both very comfortable to talk with and made us feel that all our wants and needs were very important. They both encouraged us to call them with any questions we might have. We would recommend Brandfon Honda to everyone and anyone looking to buy a Honda. More
