It was time for me to purchase a new vehicle. I shopped around to several dealers, then on spur of the moment, I stopped in to Brandfon Honda. Joel Demarco met us in the sales lot and explained the many o around to several dealers, then on spur of the moment, I stopped in to Brandfon Honda. Joel Demarco met us in the sales lot and explained the many options available. He understood when I told him we did not have time to test drive the Accord because we had an appointment, but told us to come back when we could. No Pressure! We went to our appointment, and came right back. Joel went above and beyond to find the right color car for me. I wanted White! It took him a few days, but he got it for me in Mass. When we were doint the paperwork, Matt Goodwin walked us thru all the many packages and explained the financing for us. He was patient and confident when he had to make a major correction in all of the numbers. We have been coming to Brandfon Honda since 2004 when our daughter needed a new car. We were so impressed with the sales person, Joel DeMarco, than when I needed a new car, i did my reserch, wanted a HOnda C daughter needed a new car. We were so impressed with the sales person, Joel DeMarco, than when I needed a new car, i did my reserch, wanted a HOnda CR-V and recalled the excellent service we received. And your service department is tops. It honestly doesn't matter whom I deal with, everyone is friendly, courteous and informative. On my visit on 8/17/2011, I was taken right into the service bay, greeted, and when a real problem was found, it was explained to me first (including the pricing). Jon Carter was wonderful, and Jerry Torino drove me to work and we chatted very nicely. It's a wonderful dealership and I can't see going anywhere else. More

I recently bought a new Honda Accord from Joel DelMarco. Not only was he very warm and friendly, but extremely knowledgeable. The dealership did not have the model I wanted in stock, but it only took Joel Not only was he very warm and friendly, but extremely knowledgeable. The dealership did not have the model I wanted in stock, but it only took Joel a few days to locate one somewhere else in the state. Before I knew it I had my brand new car, in the color I wanted. He also didn't waste my time with a lot of back and forth with the price. He just came out with the best price he could give me, and I appreciated that. I was then introduced to Rob Cottingham, who went over the financing with me. He was also warm and friendly, with a great sense of humor. He explained the extended warranty plan they offer, as well as the Simonizing service. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Both of these men were very professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Oh, one more unexpected plus -- the following day I received a phone call from the dealership owner, Mr. Brandfon himself. He just wanted to thank me for my business! These are the things that make great customer service. More

I had an outstanding experience working with Joel and Rob went out of his way to get me financing. I am 53 years old and have bought a few cars.
