I've worked for the Uftring family since 2000. I was born in San Diego, California and currently reside in Germantown Hills. My wife Shari and I have 2 wonderful boys, Parker and Lucas. Outside of work I enjoy sports and travel, and I enjoy watching our boys play sports. What I enjoy most about my job are the people I meet, working with my team here at Uftring Nissan and working with a quality and innovative product. Uftring Nissan is full of professional staff and I truly enjoy watching the growth of the store. Every Nissan customer can expect courteous and fast service. They can expect to be dealt with care, honesty and fairness. Our goal is to provide a quality product at a fair price. I enjoy working with people more than selling the car. I think Nissan has very innovative and fun products to drive. The GTR would be at the top of my personal list!

Another Great Car Buying Experience Over the past few years I have purchased at least eight different vehicles for either myself, family or work. Each time I have used Chris Rocke as my sales rep. Chris' attention to detail and customer satisfaction is unmatched. I now live on the east coast and have many choices concerning auto dealerships but I will always come back to Chris and the team at Uftring Nissan. I just recently purchased a car I have been chasing for many years. Chris, Alex Jordan, Eddy Brown, Brad Montgomery and Joe Phillips ALL helped me achieve this goal and I could not be more pleased! Even the service team headed up by Mark Kiesewetter went thru my car completely to make sure it was absolutely perfect. This is a great dealership to work with! More

I did!!! I am truly disappointed and unimpressed in the Gary UFTRING company for many reasons concerning my recent ordeal including 3 DR and EMERGENCY ROOM medical visits due to the actions of his employees. I am insulted at this time to fathom that Uftring Nissan would treat any person, especially in such a STRESSFUL ATTACKING way that I have been treated and experienced physical medical conditions suffering from undue, undeserved, blantant stalking type behavior that I physically began to shut down. Especially with a customer who had chosen a car, liked the car, could pay for the car in cash, was also approved for a partial loan on a mere $6000 vehicle, and most importantly NEEDED A CAR. I didnt need, want, think or EVER DESERVE to be treated like this so badly it literally has affected my ability to function in every aspect of my ENTIRE LIFE from my jobs, my kids, my stress, inability to eat, breathe, and STRESS that sent me into anxiety attacks, instilled fear in me, physically hurt me, affected relationships with my KIDS and friends, placed me under medications medical bills prescriptions AND I still do not have a car a week later! This is no longer about the car I intended to buy from Ufrting Nissan on Allen Rd, Peoria IL or the salesman involved. This is the most unimaginable and farther thing I ever experienced from customer service, and being a valued customer in which I was going to purchase a vehicle and give this company my business and money. Its unfortunate that salesman get to do this to people and keep their jobs. Its also unfortunate that their upper management staff treats me like a moron thinking that knocking: $200 off the price of the car and suspending the salesman for a few days is "RECTIFYING THE INCIDENT" AND "MAKES ME FEEL LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER" More

Life doesn't always go the way we think it should I had an unusual problem with the used Nissan I purchased at Uftring Nissan. It was a very bad experience, BUT as you can see, I gave them good sores I had an unusual problem with the used Nissan I purchased at Uftring Nissan. It was a very bad experience, BUT as you can see, I gave them good sores on my evaluation. That is because Joe Phillips and my salesman, Tim Puentes took good care of me and my problem. In the end they put me in a new 2014 Altima at a fair price and I wasn't charged a penny for all the work that was done on my original 2013 purchase. Joe went out of his way to work with Nissan to solve my problems and made me feel he had my best interests at heart. In spite of the problems I will definitely work with Tim and Joe to purchase other Nissans in the future. They are honest and caring business people! More
