Enjoyable experience and a good deal Tim Puentes at Uftring Nissan made the buying experience easy and hassle-free. I had been interested in a vehicle and drove it. I told Tim I was not ready to discuss price until I had driven another vehicle I was interested in. Tim completely respected my wishes. And when it came time to meet his manager before leaving, it was the same thing...no pressure, "thank you for coming in". When the time came that I was ready to make an offer, I told Tim what I wanted to have happen and expressed that I was NOT interested in going back and forth - I offer, they counter-offer, I offer again. Its a dance that I wanted no part of. Tim didn't even bat an eye. He said he respected that and took my offer to the manager. When he came back we shook hands, and a short 30 minutes later, me and my new (to me) vehicle from Uftring Nissan were on our way! Negative experiences usually get amplified 10 fold - positive experiences aren't as often repeated. I am more than happy to recommend Uftring Nissan and specifically, Tim Puentes for your next vehicle! More

We were not sure if we were ready to purchase that day and Elton was very friendly and did not pressure me into buying that day. Well Monday we decided that was the vehicle we wanted so we put money down to hold it and purchased it that Saturday. From start to finish Elton was just fun to work with. He was professional but so friendly that we felt really comfortable making a big purchase. I highly recommend Uftring Nissan you will leave with a smile like I did!! More

They gave us a fantastic price and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. After the sale, they noticed a few minor flaws in the paint. They immediately pointed this out and said they would set up a time to get this fixed. The following week they went out of the their way to accommodate my busy schedule & picked up my car & returned it when it was completed. The vehicle-buying experience is always a little stressful, but I must say tha We recently purchased a Nissan Frontier from Uftring Nissan in Peoria. The vehicle-buying experience is always a little stressful, but I must say that the people with whom we dealt at Uftring did everything they could to make it a pleasant experience. The negotiation process was mutually respectful and fairly quickly handled by Tim and Joe. We had many questions for finance person, Justin who was able to assure that we knew the exact nature of the finance agreement. Tim gave us a tour of the dealership and explained the "service" procedures. After the purchase, Tim called on several occasions to make sure everything was OK. We had an option added to the truck by the Uftring service department and found them to be polite and efficient. Overall, the experience was a very good one and we are very happy with the Frontier. More

Senior Lady buys new car I had been looking for a new car with all the electronic safety devices. Walked into the dealership by myself and Tim greeted me and consider I had been looking for a new car with all the electronic safety devices. Walked into the dealership by myself and Tim greeted me and considered me a serious buying customer. Since I'm a senior citizen I remember the days that women were not considered serious car buyers. This was not the case with Tim Puentes. He listened to what I wanted in a car and understood the radical change for me to go from driving convertibles for 15 years to go to a 4 door car with a "want to be convertible" (moon roof) Yes! I bought a new 2015 Altima with all the accessories and love it. . A friend of mine that was in car sales said that" folks bought cars from him". That he didn't sell cars. I bought my Altima from Tim he didn't sell it to me. My choice to buy. Tim has helped a number of times with understanding the electronics in my car and I love the video email from Nissan that takes one step by step through the electronics. Angela More

When I picked up the Murano, I was shown how to enter the service dept. and he introduced me to service tech manager. Tim took all the time I needed to get familiar with all the instruments etc. I was extremely pleased with my experience and would refer to anyone looking for car.
