This is my second vehicle purchase at Toyota Village of Homosassa, FL. I actually went in for an oil change for my Prius, and cane out owning a new Camry. By the way they have an excellent service department here. I had Scott Ketchum as my service advisor, and he assured me that it was okay, that I bought a car and no longer needed to pay for the oil change on the Prius! Garrett Ferguson was the "product Specialist who sold me the Camry. He was able to do this because he is a very good salesman. He took me for a lengthy test drive during which he showed and explained in detail many features of the car. Everything was handled professionally and politely. He's is definitely a keeper! More

Ever since Jerome took over the service department, this place just was into ripping my 90yo dad off and me. We stopped going there. But Joe told me when I was ready to buy new, he would help me out. I even contacted Dimmitt and not one of them responded. Monica lied to me about the market and the ridiculous prices they were getting. I called Sun Toyota and they sold to me 700 under msrp, no market adjustment. More

I took delivery of my New 2021 Rav4 Sat Oct 30 2021, I have to say ,I looooove it!!! This was absolutely the best vehicle purchase experience in my life and I have purchased many cars in my years :), I w have to say ,I looooove it!!! This was absolutely the best vehicle purchase experience in my life and I have purchased many cars in my years :), I was certainly given the Queen treatment from start to finish by the General Manager Joe Petrillo, Sales Manager Pam Mills, Sales representative Anna Psihas, my new best friend :) and the gentleman that delivered my car to me at my door the next day! Bobby Trenthome , I was able to do all the paperwork on line. I didn't even have to leave my apartment :) They were all very professional and made it so simple and very quick. I would 100% recommend Village Cadillac Toyota in Homosassa, Fl , and ask for Anna Psihas!! More

Bought the car (Sienna XLE) late on a Friday: apparently, after the service dept had closed. Took it back the following Tues so that Distributors Installed Options c/b installed. Got home and discovered the after the service dept had closed. Took it back the following Tues so that Distributors Installed Options c/b installed. Got home and discovered the Phone Cable & Charge Package was missing. Contacted the salesman who replied, "Unfortunately the Sienna didn't come with cables management said it wasn't on Addendum Sticker Sorry". I replied that, "It's a manufactured add item not a dealer add item". So they found it on the sticker and want me to drive halfway to get it. I told them mail it and was then asked "Really?" Yes, really. I've been their twice. Like most dealers, once they have their money, good customer service ceases. Probably $2 to mail it. They could use the $25 Visa® Reward Card that we never received. The salesman says call the secretary (receptionist), the receptionist says call your salesman. Can it be that tough? More

After browsing inventory at Village Toyota on the internet, Joe Petrillo contacted me by phone and we set an appointment to look at a new Rav4 Hybrid. Upon entering the dealership I was introduced to internet, Joe Petrillo contacted me by phone and we set an appointment to look at a new Rav4 Hybrid. Upon entering the dealership I was introduced to Joe and we had a pleasant conversation, he knew my objective was to find a vehicle that suited our family needs at a fair price. Joe introduced me to Brian Jennette and we began our search. I told Brian we had never even looked at a Rav4 up close and would need a test drive to see if it was even an option for us. Brian showed us what they had on the lot and suggested we take one for a drive. As we had already done our research we quickly decided that was the car for us. Instead of pressuring us into this car, Brian made sure we were getting exactly the options we wanted and offered to find the perfect for us. Having been in the car business for over 30 years, I said "How can you make this the perfect car for us?" Brian knew exactly what I meant this was a more expensive car than we planned on buying, having purchased over 50 cars over the years, how could he make this my next purchase? We did some friendly negotiating (involving Joe) and in short time the deal was done. But, what I remember the most about our purchase was the calm, relaxing, friendly, rapport we had along the way, Brian made this by far the most memorable car buying experience out of all 50 or so car transactions. I have bought cars from salesmen I've known for over 30 years. I can truly say that I will and already have recommended him to my friends with the full confidence that he will treat them as well as he has treated me. Thank you Brian! More

Thank you, Don Fortier, Sales Mgr., Bobby Trenholme,Sales for going out of their way and making us happy in purchasing our new 2021 Toyota Prius. Joe Petrillo came to see us and asked if we were satisfied with our purchase and thanked us for coming to Village Toyota. We also want to thank Scott Ketchum, service who serviced our other Toyota's that we leased and purchased with Village Toyota. This is a great dealership to purchase, lease, finance, service and even to insure your car. This saves you many steps and phone calls it's an all in one dealership. We of course miss their hot dogs, popcorn and donuts and now have to mask up for safety. We will continue to go to Village Toyota for future purchases and service. More
