Myself and my Father have come to Klaban since we moved to Ohio four years ago and we have been lucky to find a guy like Joe there. Joe is honest, caring, friendly, and patient. I know a decent amount about cars, but I know I can ask him a seemingly stupid question and attain a friendly answer from him. I ask for Joe every time I call Klaban and every time I go into the shop. Generally speaking, mechanics and car shops don't have the best reputation, but I feel like I am being told the truth by Joe every time I go to Klaban. He definitely cares about his customers and differentiates between what is absolutely needed, what should be done soon, and merely his opinion on a matter, which is helpful when the difference is a large sum of money. As long as I am in Kent, I will always go to Joe! More

He takes all the time nedded to explain and describe what action is needed or to answer any questions. I call him direct when I need to bring the car in for service. His presentation is extremely friendly and his knowledge and problem solving skills are always at full throttle. If at any time we no longer have a Dodge I will miss going to him and Klaben Dodge Service to have my car work done. I answered all the questions above with a "great" as my response, because I think this service center is great and caters to my needs as a long time customer. More

Take my car in for an oil change and rotation. Joe was able to squeeze me in to get the service done. Also made sure he reminded me of my Loyalty Rewards card to use the coupons on that to get the serv able to squeeze me in to get the service done. It always works when I get it back. What I always look for in a service representative is honesty. Joe does his best to look for problems and will make sure that what needs to be done is done. I purchased my first brand new car, a Dodge Journey, from Klaben in 2010. I could not be happier with my purchase. This was all possible thanks to my salesman, Justin Bolen. He has a no pressure style that created a friendly, calm environment. I never felt obligated, pressured, or annoyed. Trust me, this meant a lot as I have walked out of other dealerships due to heavy pressure, lies, and tricky sales tactics. Justin helped me find that car that I wanted with all of the bells and whistles. He never pressured me to spend more. He presented the options and let me make the decision that would be best for me financially. He actually encouraged me to "buy down" so I could be within my budget. You don't find this very often. My first car buying experience was smooth and effortless and I couldn't be happier. I love my Journey as it gives me the option to have 7 passengers, or put the back seats down flat to fill it with shopping bags! Actually, I've had everything from lumber and stone to groceries in the back end. The media package gets a lot of use from my nieces and nephews. I love my backup camera, hidden storage (which I use on a daily basis), ability to cool a drink in my dash, and the temperature controls. I traded in a Audi for this car and haven't looked back. Thanks to Klaben and Justin Bolen for a great car buying experience. More
