First problem was two days after car was purchased it have to go in the shop immediately as a failure light to the major part of the turbo system had to be replaced and car was held for three days while have to go in the shop immediately as a failure light to the major part of the turbo system had to be replaced and car was held for three days while they looked for the part. Also when purchased the truck I asked Maria that I needed to register it in Arizona I received DMV non-op for California and when I went to Arizona they said that the dealership needs to submit the paperwork and has yet to be done. I have 90 days I’m at about halfway and I need the dealership to submit to Az dmv So it can properly be registered. More

It took way too long to get a response to handle my situation and when it was finally addressed a few weeks later by the main person in charge, they didn't really explain why it was taking so long to g situation and when it was finally addressed a few weeks later by the main person in charge, they didn't really explain why it was taking so long to get my situation solved and get my refund. Never had a dealership experience like this and I've owned over 30 cars in my life time. This was suppose to be my first Ford and they blew it for me. I'd never recommend this dealer or this salesman to any of my friends or networks of car enthusiasts. They also wouldn't honor the original price when I first put a deposit down. Very disappointed. More
