My experience purchasing a car from Upland Ford was excellent!! Taylor Alvarez is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. His passion is the car industry and it shows. Buyer beware if you purchase a car from Upland Ford! I paid the asking price for a "Blue Certified" vehicle. Ensure you get the Used Car Inspection sheet before you leave the dealership. I was told "tha I paid the asking price for a "Blue Certified" vehicle. Ensure you get the Used Car Inspection sheet before you leave the dealership. I was told "that" the department was closed for the day, so they would email me the inspection sheet, it never came. After three days, I knew the transmission had issues. 6 weeks later, I had the transmission replaced, I was without my car for 2 weeks. Four months and less than 5500 miles after the purchase, the list of issues is growing! The SD Navigation card is corrupted ($455), the rotors and "brand new" brake pads need to be replaced ($2180), and the second row Air Bag sensor had to be adjusted to turn off the warning light ($235). After multiple phone calls and many promises, I have yet to have a phone call from General Manager. Jose said multiple times he would email the Used Car Inspection sheet and the prior service records as the vehicle was originally sold and subsequently serviced by Upland. More
