I made an appointment to get my oil changed and received a text that my car was ready. When I showed up I stood at the counter for 30 minutes before any spoke to me and then after that I had to go stand nex a text that my car was ready. When I showed up I stood at the counter for 30 minutes before any spoke to me and then after that I had to go stand next to the guy in the garage bay that I dropped my car off with before I was helped. He nice, but he looked like he was running around with no help. Would not recommend anyone take there car here for any service. (30 minutes is an insane amount of time to not have any help, and it ruined the rest of my day because I was so frustrated) More

Concierge, Ian, picked up my car right on time. He was friendly and efficient. I was contacted by text with updates and information about the service. I liked that! The service manger let me know when my car was ready, and the concierge returned my car the same day. Your service people completed my registration with the DMV and put the tags on my license plate. I could not be more satisfied. I am a customer for life! This includes new car purchases and all service needs. Thank you for excellent service! More

My car has been there for the same issue 3 times after they supposedly fixed it also their tech on the last repair did not torque my lug nuts which means my wheel could have came off during driving. This dealership is trying to blame it on lowering but they are not aware of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act where they have to prove the damage was caused from the coilovers. More
