Joanne Panzo was the best sales agent for me. She had my back when I had some issues with the service department and all was taken care of. She made the bad experiences smooth and hooked me up with the Serv back when I had some issues with the service department and all was taken care of. I’m glad they were able to help with the mistakes of the service workers and help me resolve the cars issues. Joanne kept my trust in Branfon Honda alive and Erminio added to that. I know they’ve been working there for many years so I’m glad that Branfon has kept them around to keep their customer service on top. Everyone’s really friendly here.
