Called for service I called for service. Person answering the phone very polite, and professional. She transferred me to the individual to make the appointment. Again, f I called for service. Person answering the phone very polite, and professional. She transferred me to the individual to make the appointment. Again, friendly, asked me about the problem, and accommodated me with a morning appointment on short notice. They told me I should be out within 45 minutes of my appointment. I arrived, was met by a very nice gentleman. Problem was addressed, fixed, and I was out in half an hour. I have dealt with other Lexus dealerships in the past, this was my first experience at this dealer. Needless to say this is my only choice for any future service and or vehicles. They are far above the others. More

Joanna Oates is a horrible service rep! Every time I have brought my car to be serviced here, I was faced with this extremely rude woman, Joanna Oates. As soon as I opened my mouth, she cut Every time I have brought my car to be serviced here, I was faced with this extremely rude woman, Joanna Oates. As soon as I opened my mouth, she cut me off and spoke in a very rude way to me. Then she tried to skip my car wash and refused to listen to me and then when I asked for a receipt she lied to her superior and stated I asked for a receipt before I made payment. When I asked her a question about my bill she got loud and said , "we won't change our tire prices for you!" I told her I have a right to ask questions. She didn't make any sense. She just gave me a hard time every single step of the way when I came in. She is a nasty, rude, horrible woman. She should be fired! The way she behaved with me was terrible. I will file a complaint about her unprofessional behavior with the BBB as well unless she issues an apology. More

Although there are closer Lexus dealerships to where we live, we have always found Rallye to be the place to go for a dealership that caters to their customers and accommodates them in every possible way. We dealt with Neil Fogel three times. He is a gentleman and extremely attentive to all of his customers' needs and desires. All details of the purchase or lease were explained in full. There is no pressure on the consumer. Neil makes the process of trading in, buying or leasing a Lexus a pleasurable experience. We also dealt Wayne Foisy, the business manager. Like Neil he is a gentleman and was easy to work with. I would also like to mention Joanna Oates in the service department. We always deal with Joanna whenever we have our car serviced. Kevin Losee helped me through the entire process of turning in my existing vehicle and leasing my next sedan - he took me through my options, listened to my needs, and came up with a superb solution. Michelle Gonzales was able to get me approved and was able to help me pick up an excellent warranty. Later Steven Holmes graciously and patiently explained the many features that these lovely sedans have to offer. This write up would not be complete without my mentioning the terrific service I received from Joanne Oats of the service department who made sure that my vehicle had everything I needed and Raoul Aria who graciously came to my home, provided me with a loaner car and brought my car back to my doorstep - saving me both time and money. Kevin Losee proved his commitment to quality with his continued diligence in getting a minor billing related request resolved successfully. This kind of customer attention service is what makes the Lexus brand legendary. I highly recommend the Rallye Lexus dealership to anyone in the market for buying or leasing a luxury sedan.
