My review I bought my Kia in 2011 and have had my car serviced at Halleen in North Olmsted since then. Service rep Mike Worthington, on a 1 to 10 scale, should I bought my Kia in 2011 and have had my car serviced at Halleen in North Olmsted since then. Service rep Mike Worthington, on a 1 to 10 scale, should be rated 12. I have dealt with him a number of times and he has always gone above and beyond each time. More

Best experience in Leasing I started out on Saturday, Sepember 8, 2018, expecting to be treated as just another insignificant customer when I arrived at Ganley Honda to return m I started out on Saturday, Sepember 8, 2018, expecting to be treated as just another insignificant customer when I arrived at Ganley Honda to return my leased vehicle and attempt another lease. It did not go well. I was dismissed by two Honda dealerships and at that point asked for divine assistance. That is exactly what I got when Charles Scott at Kia met me at the door. Mr. Scott was the angel who helped me navigate the leasing details and helped me lease a Forte Kia. Mr. Scott is the best sales person I have ever had the good fortune to meet. He is extremely knowledgeable on so many topics and I left feeling like I have known this fine gentleman long before today! It was a long day but I have never enjoyed the experience of this sort as much. Everyone at Kia was a joy to meet. They even helped me return my Honda lease with ease and relief. Special thanks to everyone at Kia in North Olmsted but especially to Mr. Scott! More

Just what we were looking for Jim was very knowledgeable and professional. He took a lot of time to answer our questions and make sure we were getting the exact car we wanted and Jim was very knowledgeable and professional. He took a lot of time to answer our questions and make sure we were getting the exact car we wanted and needed. He thoroughly explained everything and gave you his full attention. It was a smooth and satisfying experience. We have purchased cars at this Halleen dealership before and always come back. Everyone you deal with there is friendly and helpful. The service department is excellent. We can always get in and we know they are recommending only what we need to have done. More
