Amazing, accurate, honest, I always feel welcomed at this service department and well taken care of. They are honest and fast! I've never been to a dealership going and leaving I always feel welcomed at this service department and well taken care of. They are honest and fast! I've never been to a dealership going and leaving with such a pleasant experience. They work around your schedule and truly take every customer to heart. You are treated in a way that you want to come back. They take the time to make sure everything is perfect. And that you understand in full detail what's going on. Our 4th Kia but 1st for my son! 13 years ago Charles helped me purchase my 1st Kia, a Sorento. Oh how i loved my Sorento. Charles was so wonderful that I came back to purchase my s 13 years ago Charles helped me purchase my 1st Kia, a Sorento. Oh how i loved my Sorento. Charles was so wonderful that I came back to purchase my second Kia, though he switched into the finance area at that time. Still had such a good experience that I came back and purchased my Optima EX gdi that I still drive and love now!!! So, here we are and my son has now purchased his new used Kia Soul!! Keeping the Kia tradition going in my family!! Thanks Charles, Steve and everyone else at Kia!!! You have all been wonderful over all of these years and I will continue in the future!! More

Service with a smile Switched dealers due to a very bad experience at the location where Sorento was leased. Not going to give them my service dollars. I was kept apprised of the work and progress on the vehicle. Met with my former sales associate, the GM and the owner. Sure they weren’t busy, but still took the time to make me feel welcome. More
