Have been buying cars for over 40 years. This was the most pleasaant straighforward experience in all those years. Was prepared for that unexpecdted BS line and it never came. Highly recommend if Hyundai has a car that fits your requirements. More

I purchased a used 2008 Sonata from this dealership last week. My first visit to any Hyundai dealership was in Orange Park. That dealer would not give me a quote unless I was serious about buying that d week. My first visit to any Hyundai dealership was in Orange Park. That dealer would not give me a quote unless I was serious about buying that day. The salesperson also asked me if I would finance through them. Hugh? This was before I even test drove a car. I test drove one but refused to commit to buying from them. A few days later, I visited Hyundai of St. Augustine. Ryne, Jimmy and Wade and were all very helpful. I did not experience the usual high pressure sales tactics. When I visited the dealership for the first time, I looked at what they had on the lot and asked for a bottom line, out the door quote. Surprisingly, I did not get any grief from my request. Ryne was very helpful in trying to help me find a vehicle that met my needs. Jimmy was very helpful in giving me the prices. I then looked at another Hyundai dealership on the Southside. They were also very courteous and helpful but did not have exactly what I wanted. The next day, I decided on a vehicle and went back to close the deal. I noticed a couple of minor parking lot dings on the front passenger door. Jimmy immediately arranged for the dings to be removed. In addition, Jimmy and Ryne put in writing that the dings would be removed without my asking them to do it. A dealer who actually put something in writing besides the sales price? Wow, that alone made a huge impression on me. The closing went without a hitch. Jimmy also happened to serve as the finance guy that day. He was able to get me a better rate than my credit union. During the closing, he did not try to sell me the usual stuff dealers tend to push on you, how refreshing, He knew I did not want to spend anymore money. Due a medical situation in my family, Jmmy and Ryne arranged to have the car delivered to my home in Fruit Cove two days later. The dings on the door were removed, and the car was delivered on time. This was an excellent car buying experience from beginning to end. The people at Hyundai of St. Augustine definitely put customer service and satisfaction at the top of their priority list. Ryan was a friendly, relaxed, informative, no-pressure salesman; Jimmy, who closed our purchase, was equally friendly, and even beat the finanace rate we'd secured through our credit union. They even kept the dealership open late for us to complete our purchase. When I had to bring the car back just two days later for a clutch problem, our service consultant Kirk was prompt to assist me, and thoroughly researched the issue to determine the cause of the problem. Every employee I encountered while waiting in the service lounge made a point of saying hello and asking if I needed anything. The service manager Joe introduced himself, and assured me that they would correct the problem. Finally, they provided me with a quality loaner while repairing my vehicle. We have been told repeatedly by those we've encountered so far that they are glad we chose Hyundai of St. Augustine to make our vehicle purchase. I'm glad, too, and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Hyundai of St. Augustine! More

While I have a few car buying horror stories to tell, I am very pleased to say this will not be one of them. My wife and I traveled from Gainesville, FL to Hyndai of St. Augustine which is an hour and a h am very pleased to say this will not be one of them. My wife and I traveled from Gainesville, FL to Hyndai of St. Augustine which is an hour and a half drive because of my conversation with their salesman Ryan Mallery. Our salesman Ryne picked the correct car for us to test drive, which for us was the 3.8 Genesis, We didn't have to trudge around in the Florida heat to view their entire inventory because Ryan drove the vehicle to the shaded outside showroom for us to inspect. The test drive with Ryan was a good experience, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and really bent backwards to serve us. Jimmy Feliciano was the most polite and friendliest Manager I have ever met. Excellent Service, everyone in the dealership from the salespersons to service manager introduced themselves and made us feel special. We would recommend to anyone Hyundai of St. Augustine. More

My wife and I visited this dealership this morning to get info on a lease we have with Hyundai. We were given answers to all our questions we asked, at no time were asked about buying a new car. After we had info on a lease we have with Hyundai. We were given answers to all our questions we asked, at no time were asked about buying a new car. After we had our answers we talked our sales person (Kenny "G") to look at SantaFe's... we were taken to them and my wife found one, we took it out for a test ride and were very happy with the SUV. Then we talked to Jimmy about financing it, we got what we wanted for a monthly payment. At this writing we have not had to deal with the service department, but I will write a review when I do. More

We came into this dealer about a month ago and purchased an Elantra for our oldest son in college. (It was cheaper total cost of ownership than used!) That experience was so great that we came in to look at a Santa Fe. The service was terrific and we bought our second Hyundai this year. Great people that didn't mess around and play games. They offered an extremely competitive price and provided the best value for the money. When my wife's Camry is ready to retire, we will undoubtedly be back to look at the new V8 Genesis sedan. Purchased a new vehicle for my wife, found personel to be friendly and knowledgeable. Gentlemen remained in touch with out pushing. The first time my husband and I visited the dealership I had done my homework and knew the Hyundai Sonata was highly rated for safety. I explained to Eddy we wanted to see what he had on the lot but were n had done my homework and knew the Hyundai Sonata was highly rated for safety. I explained to Eddy we wanted to see what he had on the lot but were not buying that day, and also did not want to be bothered. We'd be back at some point. Eddy showed us a few cars on the lot and encouraged us to test drive, but we had no time. Knowing we didn't want to be bothered, he didn't. But he did send a "thank you" note for our stopping in, a touch I appreciated. After a couple of weeks of thinking about one of the cars we'd seen, we decided to go back, took the test drive, and bought the car. We're happy with the car, the way we were treated, and the professionalism of the personnel. More
