We had already had a positive experience with a Hyundai dealer in Jacksonville in 2007. We have been shopping for a new Hyundai for my second child and that same dealer in Jax just didn't rise to the same dealer in Jacksonville in 2007. At the last minute we decided to go to St. Augustine. We ended up working with Joe all afternoon trying to find the right car, down to the last details of color and performance package. Not only did Joe give us 100% of his time, but he also had Jimmy (the Sales Manager) work out the paperwork so that we could surprise our daughter today! She got exactly what she wanted within 24 hours. When I fell in love with the 2010 Genesis, I just knew I could not afford the car, much less absorb the balance due on my current car. But Joe, Jimmy and the entire team at Hyundai of St. Augustine were able to make my dream come true! For the first time in many years, I have a beautiful performance vehicle that is for me and my style, not to haul the kids around town. I am so excited to have such a drop dead gorgeous car that is sexy to boot! And, the difference in insurance and monthly payments is insignificant. I got so much more within the same budget, it is almost too good to be true. We are now a three Hyundai family, 2007 Elantra, 2010 Accent and the 2010 Genesis. I will refer anyone to Joe and the team at Hyundai of St. Augustine, who offer by far, the best customer service, the best price and the best attitude! Now, when my husband can get rid of his work truck, we'll go back again. Fans for life! More

My wife and I have had a very pleasant buying experience at Hyundai of Staugustine. We arrived about twenty minutes prior to opening dealership time. As we were looking at a car we liked, a gentleman came out and introduced himself as the owner, his name was Andrew. He apologized for not being able to help us because he was conducting other office business at the time. The fact that he would take the time to come out and greet us told us that we we had come to the right place. A short time later jimmey the Sales Manager came out to inform us that he was going to get the keys for the car we were interested in. About three minutes later Roosevelt Ramsubhag came out and said ,as the sales person he would be happy to assist us. We then took the car for a test drve. We returned some time after and decided to purchase the car. The car we bought was a 2008 Azera Limited. In our dealings with Roosevelt, he was very personable and very knowledgeable about our car. He took the time to explain every thing about the operational aspect of the car. The car we purchased had many options. The closing experience was just as pleasant with Roosevelt. Jimmey the Sales Manager came over and thanked us for our business. We also met with jason the business manager and Kirk the Service Consultant who were both pleasant people. When the time comes again to purchase another car, the dealership we will choose will be Hyundai of Staugustine and we will recommend this dealership to our friends. Can you believe that a car salesman would be honest, up front with answers, and discuss bottom line prices. Joey exemplifies the way the dealership operates. When we visited the dealership, Joey was totally dedicated to show us exactly what we were looking to buy. WOW!!! We even talked to a few people waiting for their vehicles in the service area and they were all very pleased with the service aspect of the dealership. This time I purchased a 2010 Elantra Touring and had the pleasure of working with Roosevelt Ramsubhag. he was a pleasure to do businees with and overall a very knowelegable and sincere person. he helped me choose just the right vehicle without any sales pressure at all. I then had the pleasure to work with Wade Wahy. He worked very hard on the numbers until they perfect. This dealership has given me the best car buying experiences that I have ever had and I will always recomend it to anynboby that I know. I just purchased a Genesis Coupe Track edition yesterday. I was referred to this dealer through the USAA car buying program. Joe Lando is a very knowledgable and personable salesman. Joe found me exactly the model I was looking for and Jimmy Feliciano gave me a very fair price on my SAAB 9-3 trade in. Not only did they honor the USAA "below invoice" price, they also made me aware of a special $1000.00 Hyundai discount to owners of certain preferred trade in models. My 9-3 was on the list. I was unaware of such an offer and they took it on themselves to make me aware. This is a very "low pressure" dealership and is unusually "transparent" in the negotiation process.Most importantly, the Genesis coupe is a delight to drive and all the better at a substantial discount. I unreservedly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a Hyundai in Northern Florida. More

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience. Eddy went out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel at home during the transaction. His follow up after the sale -- test drive, car detailing, front l out of his way to accomodate us, and make us feel at home during the transaction. Jimmy handled the financial aspect of the deal with great care and made sure we were very clear on the various fees and costs. Andrew was also very caring and friendly, and made certain that his staff had treated us well. All in all, I would have no problem recommending Hyundai of St. Augustine to my friends. The product speaks for itself, but the experience at the dealer certainly facilitated our decision to do business here. More

I experienced a completely no-pressure deal, which would have been unnecessary since this car sold itself. Although I had to wait several weeks for delivery of the particular car I wanted, I am thoroughly satisfied with the entire transaction. And, let me add, with its stylish looks, great handling, a host of standard features and a very high fun-to-dollar ratio, I love this car! More

He was treated very well. It was straight to the point, in and out, no back and fourth communicating between the pricing of the vehicle. He got a very good deal and is very satisfied with his purchase. The staff is amazing and they give you great customer service. I bought my car in Gainesville and I did not receive any type of respect or satisfaction like my husband did at the St. Augustine location. I LOVE my car, but the staff was not what it should be. Living in St. Augustine makes my husband and I happy that we can get great customer service from friendly staff, as well as great service from the service department. If you are looking to purchase a new or used car, check out Hyundai of St. Augustine! They are great people who care, which is rare nowadays!! More
