Was lied to! The service department distroyed the head light and then lied that they did not do it. My husband has been working on cars and racing for over 40year The service department distroyed the head light and then lied that they did not do it. My husband has been working on cars and racing for over 40years. He does not need someone trying to say that he was the person that broke our the back cover and spring lock. Then they said the head light unit need replaced and all that was wrong was a fuse. I have purchased four cars from this dealership and this is the appreciation that I get. More

Service schefuling I appreciate the efforts of the service manager to fit me in on Saturday due to the fact that I travel in my car Monday thru Friday for my job. I’ I appreciate the efforts of the service manager to fit me in on Saturday due to the fact that I travel in my car Monday thru Friday for my job. I’m not sold on the idea of my dealership only having service hours until noon on saturdays. South hills Kia seems to be busy enough to support longer Saturday service hours. Thanks. More
