The service department is a mess. Either the technicians are incompetent or the service manager is out of touch. My truck was towed to this location due to a bad fuel pump. It took Either the technicians are incompetent or the service manager is out of touch. My truck was towed to this location due to a bad fuel pump. It took almost 60 days for them to fix a fuse box issue because they failed to do the research on the problem, instead they attempted to order a whole new fuse block when there had already been a TSB informing technicians how to fix the issue. I believe the CSR’s are put in extremely bad positions due to poor management and techs. More

Took vehicle in for service issue. Had appointment setup more than a week in advance. Dropped vehicle off before closing the day before appointment. No call by 3:30pm so I left a mess Had appointment setup more than a week in advance. Dropped vehicle off before closing the day before appointment. No call by 3:30pm so I left a message for service writer and service writer texted back at 4:45pm with no clue what’s going on with vehicle. Then next day a call at around 10:00am from I guess cashier said vehicle was done. No communication as to what was found or done. $171 later and no answers. From a retired technician and business owner of 30 plus years this wasn’t the standards in my repair shops. I would recommend more communication to your customers, walk around your shop and see what’s going on More

This dealership has earned my loyalty. I have experienced nothing but premium service from the service department … all employees up to and including the shuttle service men, but by far B I have experienced nothing but premium service from the service department … all employees up to and including the shuttle service men, but by far Brooks Barrick. Exceptional customer service from Brooks Barrick and Jim Schrage. We had taken our 2019 Bolt EV to Andy Mohr Chevrolet for it's battery replacement. Upon getting our car back, it was obvious that th Schrage. We had taken our 2019 Bolt EV to Andy Mohr Chevrolet for it's battery replacement. Upon getting our car back, it was obvious that the battery coolant lines were full of air (sounded like a coffee pot when battery conditioning and the coolant container under the hood bubbled when battery conditioning was active). Andy Mohr Chevrolet refused to acknowledge there was a problem and sent us away. We contacted GM's EV Concierge, which lead us, via the local District Manager, to be redirected to Champion of Avon. From the very first moment arriving at the dealership to our departure, Jim Schrage and Brooks Barrick were exceptionally attentive and helpful, and friendly, keeping up communication with us, providing a loaner, and providing great follow-up (letting us know we needed a few new tires soon and quoting a very reasonable price for like replacements). We highly recommend Champion of Avon to take care of your Chevrolet, and will not be visiting any other area dealership for servicing our current Bolt EV, nor when it comes time to trade to another vehicle. Five Stars. More
