I’ve dreaded buying a car at a dealership for years. It seems like every turn in the road another layer of personnel are trying to get more money out of the deal. I didn’t feel like this type of predati It seems like every turn in the road another layer of personnel are trying to get more money out of the deal. I didn’t feel like this type of predation was happening at Champion Chevrolet. My communications with the dealership seemed to be direct and honest. I am very glad that we ended up working with Andrea. She was not what I’ve come to expect from a salesperson at a car dealership. She was very kind and honest and made the whole process painless. We had pared or choices down to two cars and bought the one at the dealership further away and it came down to the difference in the experience I had at the dealer. At Champion they just let me drive the car. The other dealership I felt like I was pounced upon like a rat would a Cheeto. I was forced to go to a check in desk and give my information and shuffled off to a waiting area and all I wanted to do was check out a used car. This was the clincher for me, and I’m glad we went with Andrea and Champion Chevrolet in Avon. More
