Jim worked with me on the purchase of my Honda Civic Sport and it was a pleasure to feel at ease from the moment I sat down. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and explained. It was nice that he was able to do handle all aspects of the transaction, payment terms, financing, extended warranties instead of pass it on to others. Once everything was agreed upon Jim was also able to get the final paperwork to me and I was on my way. I don't think it would be a surprise for anyone to hear that I have had bad experiences in the past with car dealerships. This was my first time at Motor Werks and I was lucky to have met and worked with that I have had bad experiences in the past with car dealerships. This was my first time at Motor Werks and I was lucky to have met and worked with Jim Rubey. He is nicely laid-back, no-pressure sales -- where his patience and good sense of humor were appreciated while I was working out what car/model(s) was right for me and my family. In this post-Covid world, the car I wanted wasn't even on the lot, so it was a longer process, since I had to wait for delivery. Jim was knowledgeable, straightforward with pricing, and made the financing work for me (I think he's a magician). He honored everything we had agreed upon during my first meeting, and was so good about keeping me updated on the status of the car. I have to admit that I actually enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend! More
