Jim Rubey provided excellent service from start to finish. Throughout the three visits to Motor Werks, we were greeted with great service, professionalism, and was very knowledgeable based on his dec finish. They are an excellent dealer with a good team, but they have trouble connecting within their own team. On a recent service visit, on a brand new purchased vehicle, the service group turned off all my se have trouble connecting within their own team. On a recent service visit, on a brand new purchased vehicle, the service group turned off all my settings for parking safety. Annoying as I now have to figure out how to restore my settings. Then they sent me an automated query about whether I was happy with my service. I responded explaining my problem, and got a response instead asking if I’d like to sell my brand new car to them. The a day later they again messaged me to ask if I wanted to service my old car which I had sold when I purchased the new car. I explained that to them and was told that they would remove it from my file (which they have told me they’d do twice before). They can and should do much better at managing their internal groups. More
