Was charged $150 analysis fee that was apparently disclosed in document signed on tablet at check in BUT the advisor never mentioned such charge would be assessed making it a surprise. Indicated I t disclosed in document signed on tablet at check in BUT the advisor never mentioned such charge would be assessed making it a surprise. Indicated I thought vehicle was starting hard might need a tune up but was running fine once started. Advisor indicated that the vehicle was starting as it should but I received a recommendation for a spark plugs, wires, distributor cap and more. End result, I paid $258 for an oil change! The analysis fee should have been discussed by the advisor at check in. The vehicle, 1982 280Z, had a light on the dash flashing for low washer fluid and it was not even addressed until I pointed it out at pick up. That is some high-quality inspection! I spent 30+ years in the dealership business as an owner and realize the biggest danger to your business are those customers who are unhappy and do not tell you about it. This advisor was at best deceptive and his behavior should be addressed. More

7 months after purchase Palm Ndure & team still treat me like a princess. Handled service on vehicle, repaired nail in tire, offered shuttle to my house while working on vehicle, and set me up for a free like a princess.
