Poor communication from staff and received an oil change card in the mail, however, it was not honored at the service dept. Garrett was very professional, helpful and friendly. He explained what service was recommended but understood my financial concern about the cost and let me know I could come back at anytime to get thos He explained what service was recommended but understood my financial concern about the cost and let me know I could come back at anytime to get those services. We were on vacation in fort Myers and ran into issues with our car on the way for an outing with our kids and pets. The service department quickly got us an appointment.
