Leased a new ID4 having problems with water leaks and electrical damage within the first week. First leak was due to missing grommet and the second leak was due to manufacturer defect in roof. Car in not safe or reliable. Sales manager will not return any calls. Dealing with VW customer care has been very difficult. Parts are on back order with no date in sight.
Extremely frustrated!

Because of Nick Weiner working in service, I am not afraid to have work done on my car, or that I will be taken advantage of. However, Smithtown Volkswagon really needs to stop charging a fee for using a credit card? WHY? The service and parts are already very expensive, WHY DOES THE OWNER NEED TO CHARGE A FEE FOR USING A CREDIT CARD?? THIS IS NOT Right and Just, and This fee for using a credit card, needs to be arrested, apphrended, put an End to this Unfair FEE.
However this has nothing to do with Nick Weiner who is outstanding with Kindness and Empathy. Nick deserves a special Bonus, from Bob Ribildo, who takes his bonuses.
