I have bought a couple vehicles at Rowe. I've had good experiences with all of them. I'm very happy with this new Hyundai Kona. They suggested a lease which I wasn't even thinking of. So instead of a used experiences with all of them. I'm very happy with this new Hyundai Kona. They suggested a lease which I wasn't even thinking of. I reached out to Mark, as I was dissatisfied with the service department’s assessment of my situation/disabled vehicle (Wed 7/21 11a, “it’s in dispatch for this week but most likely won’t be looked at un service department’s assessment of my situation/disabled vehicle (Wed 7/21 11a, “it’s in dispatch for this week but most likely won’t be looked at until next week.” Not acceptable!). Long story short, Mark Camp replied to me in a timely fashion along with the service manager Chris to get my issue elevated and I could not be more pleased with the outcome! They set me up with a rental in no time and I now have my vehicle back!!! More
