I purchased a vehicle back in 2020 and had a great experience since then I have shopped at 2 other dealerships and didn't have a good experience at either. I decided to go back to Rowe in Westbrook an experience since then I have shopped at 2 other dealerships and didn't have a good experience at either. I decided to go back to Rowe in Westbrook and was very happy and satisfied for the second time and they have now earned a lift time customer. They were extremely busy the day I went and ended up having their system go down for a little. They kept me informed and kept apologizing about the delay and even stayed 1 hr past closing to get my deal done. By far the best car buying experience and they went above and beyond not just for me but everyone that was there that day. I had lost all confidence in the car buying experience but after that day they have made me regain trust amd confidence that not every dealership is out the to screw you. So thank you to all the wonderful people at Rowe in Westbrook for making me extremely happy and getting me into a car that I wanted and going above and beyond. Absolutely amazing people don't hesitate give them a call if your in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

Seth was honest and efficient to work with. Buying a car during a really low inventory time was not fun. But Seth was honest and upfront about pricing which I respect. Rowe also did not incorporate what some other dealers were calling a "market adjustment" which seemed to be blatant price gouging during a tough economic time with very limited supply. Rowe and Seth seemed honest and I think I made the right choice going with them. More

I absolutely love my new car and could not have had a better Sales representative help me he made me feel helped and welcome and all my needs were met 100 percent. He went the extra mile and made sure I was getting a blue car and turned out finding me my favorite shade of blue and it has all the bells and whistles which is even cooler. He had a great sense of humor, an amazing personality, very personable, friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was clear and showed he cares about the customer's satisfaction and understanding in addition to the sale. He took the time to make sure I truly understood what he was saying and that I was getting the best deal for my time and money. Seth made sure that all my accomodations I requested were met and made sure to explain clearly what things meant when I didn't understand it. He made sure the process went smoothly and in a timely manner and he even made sure to call me the minute my car arrived and that it was all ready for me when I came to pick it up. He was very knowledgeable and when he wasn't 100% sure about something he was at least honest about it which I appreciated. He took the time to follow up and make sure if I had any questions after getting to drive my car for a few days that I knew he was available to answer all my questions whenever I had any. Overall I would have to say a completely amazing and successful experience thanks to Seth Taylor. More

I recently bought a used car with Rowe Ford. Dealt with Susan. I am autistic and unable to make phone calls. I sometimes have to stim (hand flapping, strange mouth noises, rocking, repeating words that are in my head) and while I am extremely intelligent, it takes me a lot of time to process information and I have a hard time thinking under pressure. I say all of this because I was blown away by the service I received at Rowe Ford. I was not pressured, I was not looked at strangely by ANY of the staff, they worked with my inability to talk on the phone, they explained everything that I needed explained, Seth took my incessant questions like a champ and was very professional and helpful before I even came in, and during the purchase Liz was even sweet enough to warn me about the loud printer before she fired it up. I love my car and I can't express enough how wonderful they were. It's not often that I get to just be myself and still be treated with respect and dignity as a full grown adult. Thank you Rowe Ford. From the initial contact about the Elantra’s availability to the pickup of the car, the service from Seth and Matt at Rowe was exceptional. Although located over 100 miles away from where we live the dealers to the pickup of the car, the service from Seth and Matt at Rowe was exceptional. Although located over 100 miles away from where we live the dealership is a true customer oriented business. They sell at the cost of the car with none of these price gouging gimmicks (market adjustment fees) most other Hyundai dealers in New England charge. They made the buying process simple and easy. Seth provided great service at pickup from getting the car integrated into our Hyundai app account to going through all the features and functions of the car This is the second Hyundai purchased in the last year. Their cars quality, features and price make it an exceptional buy compared to other manufacturers who have less features for more money. More
