Customer Satisfaction Everyone at Berger went out of their way to make sure that I was satisfied with my new car purchase. Being a twenty something I had a few dealers treat me pretty poorly on 28th street in Grand Rapids, Michigan. But not Dick Jacques at Berger. Dick is an outstanding salesman and is passionate about cars. He knows what he is taking about when it comes to Camaros and made my purchase a breeze. He fought for me for the best possible price and got me the best value on my trade in. The whole Berger family really stepped up. When working with Mr. Jacques you feel as if he is working for you directly not the dealership. He also Keeps communications open even in his personal hours which really showed his devotion to the consumer and not the $$$. In the next years to come I know exactly whom I'll be buying my cars from. Not only am I very happy with my purchase and service I also feel as if I did a transaction with a friend, making the buying process all the better. The way buying a new car should be. Customer Service - I was welcomed with prompt, courteous service from the moment i stepped in the door. I was early, and my sales consultant was not at his desk when i arrived, but he was paged, and showed service from the moment i stepped in the door. I was early, and my sales consultant was not at his desk when i arrived, but he was paged, and showed up a moment later. Quality of Work - Everything that was necessary to bring my sales transaction to a successful conclusion was handled with good organization. The pauses between segments were filled with friendly & meaningful conversation about the deal we were pursuing, providing me with assistance and direction when needed. Nothing was done out of order, had to be repeated, or was unproductive. i felt like everything we did had a purpose, and it was done in a logical sequence. When other team members were called upon to play their role, they did so with alacrity and proficiency. i found each person involved to be knowledgeable and personable. Friendliness - to me, friendliness coincides with knowledge and experience. if someone is friendly but inefficient, then, well, being "friendly" just doesn't carry the day. Each of the three persons involved (Jeff Draft as the sales consultant, Jeremy Rhoton as the sales manager, and Jeff Mariner as the business manager) treated me with respect and seemed focused on making sure i understood each step of the process, addressed any questions i had, and though everyone was busy multi-tasking, i never felt rushed or insignificant, nor was i made to wait beyond what was reasonable. Overall Service - I spent most of the time with Jeff Draft, my sales consultant. i couldn't have asked for a better partner in the process. Some people are nice because it's part of their job requirement -- and you can tell it just doesn't come natural to them. Jeff, on the other hand, was perfect, in doing what i asked, providing what i needed, and initiating those things i needed but didn't know i needed. i never felt like i was being "pitched", but more like, "we have something that would be helpful to you, and i think you'll like what i'm about to suggest." turns out, he was right, and i'm glad he called. Price - well, you do the math: i got more car than i figured i could get, for a better price than i would have thought, and for a lower interest rate than i believed i'd qualify for. i have no problem recommending people go to berger for their transportation needs ... especially if they are fortunate enough to work with jeff draft, jeremy rhoton and jeff mariner. thanks, berger. I had an outstanding experience with Berger. I found a car that I really wanted, but it did not have all of the features that I wanted. The team went out of their way to make sure that they found the sam car that I really wanted, but it did not have all of the features that I wanted. The team went out of their way to make sure that they found the same model with all of the features that I wanted at about the same price point that we were at with the first car that I found. They were outstanding at understanding my concerns and did everything possible to fit me into the right car for me. More
