I came in on a Saturday night, knew what I was looking for and my price. Got to see the car, talked with Jeremy. He brought me a quote including my trade in, we talked about my price and were able to re for and my price. Got to see the car, talked with Jeremy. He brought me a quote including my trade in, we talked about my price and were able to reach an agreement quickly. Once I put down a deposit- I felt forgot about. It took 6 days to get my money ready to buy in cash. 6 days they had my van and did no cleaning at all. As a momma of 2 small children I do not have time to clean my car! I was told they would clean it after I bought it- they failed. “It isn’t what you say, It’s how you made them feel.” When I went to buy my vehicle, they had a days notice of when I would be there, it was a disaster. I came in as a cash deal, I know I am probably the minority, I was told I had to finance or use a cashiers check for at least $5,000. That is the whole point of cash- no financing! It took 3x the amount of time to get this figured out as I had to call my bank and get it wired- costing me $35! Anyways it got done, then I saw the car was not cleaned- ugh. I believe they are busy and it falls on the sales person to get the vehicle ready. I voiced that it had not been touched and Jeremy attempted to clean it while I was loading it and did offer a full detail at my convenience. I am happy with my vehicle but the experience could have been smoother. More

I bought a 2021 Highlander. My car had problems with the breaks , we didn’t notice in the test drive because was raining and the test drive was for a little time. I went a couple of times to the dealership to explain, and I was told the rotors were going to be changed, and the tires were going to be review, they only changed 2 rotors with the cheapest. Tires continue the same and I have to buy new ones because is not 100 % save. They think that I wouldn’t notice only 2 rotors were changed. I was told to call if I continue with problems, I emailed 2 times and I haven’t received any response. Customer service was horrible. Don’t buy cars from there. And read very well the paperwork, some extra dealership fees were included. About $3000 more than expected , which included inspection that in other words I paid to have a car with breaks problems and not good tires. 😫 More
