This dealership valets my car to and from work for no charge. I enjoyed this service previously when I bought a used Lexus in Springfield, MA. I never have to waste another precious weekend hour getting charge. I enjoyed this service previously when I bought a used Lexus in Springfield, MA. I never have to waste another precious weekend hour getting my car serviced. The communication lines are open and I receive text updates. The tests include a link which categorizes my repairs with color coded criticality. I know my 138k car needs maintenance especially with salt spray and harsh New England weather swings. The service link included photos showing bushing wear and other specific situations. I then approve or can select to wait later to address non critical issues. Subaru retrofitted a design issue of a shield which hopefully will slow the bearing wear issue. I can phone the service department anytime for a quick update. This dealership is technically adept and a reassuring pleasure to work with when it comes to servicing my car. I repeat my hope: to reach 300k safe miles with this dealership servicing and maintaining my vehicle. When Subaru introduces a reliable hybrid SUV which fits my bike in the back hatch, I will consider buying here and not my usual Toyota. I inherited my Forester. And this dealership applied my oil change/tire rotation coupon without being prompted. This is the way I like to conduct my business. Did I forget to mention they wash my car and my weathertec car mats for free? More

The service department explained everything very well, adapted when they needed to take more time with the vehicle than originally thought, and then provided a loaner vehicle. I went in for a lightbulb replacement and they went ahead and performed a recall for me? I was thrilled, but could understand if someone was on a time restraint and was stuck there not knowing Subaru was per and performed a recall for me?
