Internet response was very fast and attentive but wasn't as expected on arrival based on the initial correspondence. Price on paper was not as expressed via email, interest rate was much higher than anti as expected on arrival based on the initial correspondence. Price on paper was not as expressed via email, interest rate was much higher than anticipated, yet honestly we were too tired to argue after 3 hours of waiting. The process to purchase was far too long. For my part, I would be cautious and do more homework prior to purchasing in the future. We needed a vehicle and waited til the last minute- that's on us. Deboris was very nice and knowledgeable. Nice dealership with lots of Jeeps in stock. More
