The customer service here is horrible nothing like the dealership I bought my car from. They say one thing on the phone and once you get there it's totally different. This most recent trip the service was so excellent from Fernando and the mechanic As I have been driving all weekend I am thinking my Jeep looks and feels like a brand new Jeep (2012 Wrangler ) Thank you also to the mechanic I need to learn his name but I have gotten to know and trust Tillie in the repairs. Plus your Parts Dept guys have helped me find those long lost Wrangler Car mats that resembled rugged tire treads in floor mat design! Talk about excellence Every body prob knows me to cause of always checking out the showroom floor in case I win the lottery. Wow to that over $100,000 Jeep ! Somebody bought it !
